Do I need to know how to swim?

No, swimming is not required. All passengers wear an approved life jacket throughout the entire trip.

What is the minimum weight to board?

Children are welcome from 20 kg, accompanied by an adult. The minimum weight is set by the certified life jackets we provide to every passenger.

What happens in case of bad weather?

We offer a reschedule or full refund. The decision is made by the captain no later than 2 hours before departure.
